MBDC Grant Program Guidelines

Qualifying External Improvements include:

  • Guttering
  • Exterior repair work
  • Front building façade repair
  • Sidewalk improvements
  • Painting
  • Window repair and replacement
  • Siding
  • Shutters and awnings
  • Retaining walls
  • Door replacement
  • Facia replacement
  • Signage (up to $2,000 of total eligibility)

Please note that repairs made to roofs, driveways, and parking lots are not eligible for reimbursement through this program.
