MBDC Grant Procedures

Application and Reimbursement Procedures:

  1. Contact or by phone at (913) 676-8364 or mrivarola@missionks.org for a preapplication conference to inquire about submission requirements.
  2. Submit site plans, elevations, architectural renderings, detailed cost estimates or contractor’s bids, and photos of the property prior to the start of the project.
  3. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis from the date of filing.
  4. Upon completion of the project, the City will reimburse the business owner with a matching grant only after all receipts, proof of payment and “after” photos have been submitted to the City.
