2008 Battle of the Brisket

Information for Vendors
Applications for vendor booths at the 2008 Arts & Eats Festival must be received no later than September 9, 2008 (download a copy of application form). PLEASE NOTE - Any vendor wishing to sell alcoholic beverages - MUST APPLY 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT!
An exhibit fee of $150 per booth must be submitted with the application. Booth size is a 10’ x 10’ space, including a tent (if requested), two 8’ rectangular tables and two chairs. Each booth will be provided 20 amps of electrical power. Vendors are required to bring their own extension cords, power strips and lighting. There is an additional fee of $50 for vendors requiring more than 20 amps, and must be requested by September 5, 2008. Please make all checks payable to City of Mission, and send to:

Vendors will be required to remain open between 6:00 & 10:30pm on Friday and 10:00am & 5:00pm on Saturday. Vendors are not allowed early teardown without prior approval of the City of Mission. Vendors’ booths must be staffed during all event hours.
Vendor set up is on Friday, September 19th between 4:00 & 6:00pm. Vendors must checkin with City of Mission staff prior to setting up their booth. You will be able to enter the site to set up your booth. When setting up your booth, pease unload your vehicle and move it to a parking location prior to assembling your booth. A map of the site, including entry points and parking areas will be mailed to you with your confirmation following application.
Tear down begins at 5:00pm on Saturday, September 20th. You will be
allowed to access your site by vehicle starting
at 5:15pm. Each vendor is responsible for the
clean-up and disposal of all waste materials.
The Mission Arts & Eats Festival will make every attempt to accommodate all requests for specific booth placement. However, requests will be handled first-come, first-served based on the receipt of completed applications with fee payment.
