2008 Battle of the Brisket

Information for Artists
All applications for exhibitor booths at the 2008 Arts & Eats Festival must be postmarked no later than September 2, 2008 (download a copy of application form). An exhibit fee of $150 per booth must be submitted with the application (the exhibit fee is $125 if you provide your own tent). Booth size is a 10’ x 10’ space with electrical access (300 watts). Artists and crafters are required to “man” their own booth.
The Mission Arts & Eats Festival will make every attempt to accommodate all requests for specific booth placement. However, requests will be handled first-come, first-served based on the receipt of completed applications with fee payment.
All sales are handled entirely by the artists. All artists are solely responsible for Kansas sales tax. There will be limited security on the grounds overnight. The City of Mission will not be liable in any way for damage, loss or physical injury during the show.
